General Policy

Vishap Slayer Art reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and blacklist the account information of any customer.

Digital product images are for illustration purposes only -
physical products may vary depending on production and design logistics.

Shipping & Returns

Orders generally ship within 2-5 business days (high order volumes may increase this time). For pre-orders, please consult the product listing description for estimated production and fulfillment times.

International orders:

On-hand products can be expected to deliver between 1-3+ weeks of shipping, however global shipping conditions and service outages can impact these times.

• International customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties that their country may charge them.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a 7 day refund policy minus the original shipping costs. We also charge a 15% restock fee and the cost of the return label. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item was sent in error or is defective (provided that we are notified of defects within 7 business days of delivery). Frequently Asked Questions

• Q: Will products be restocked after they are sold out?
A: Products will generally be limited releases, however those that sell out quickly following launch may be restocked to accommodate demand. Please follow our newsletter for product updates!

• Q: I provided the wrong delivery address. Could I change it?
A: Yes, as long as you contact us prior to the creation of your shipping label. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for deliveries lost due to incorrect shipping information, so you must ensure that your delivery address is correct upon check-out or we are provided correct information to properly update your address prior to the creation of your order’s shipping label. If you require an update to your delivery address, please use the Contact form or email us at info@vishapslayerart.com with the following information as soon as possible: Your Name, Order#, Original Shipping Address, and Corrected Shipping Address.

• Q: My order has not arrived or was missing an item. Help?
A: Please fill out the Contact form and notify us of your issue while providing your Order # within 2 weeks of receiving your package, or 2 weeks of last carrier scan if missing package (4 weeks for international customers). After this time frame has passed, we may be unable to assist with lost or missing items.
